How I’m going to utilise my English period on Monday 25 February 2019

P. "I decided not to be boring." - Pn Monica, 2k19. Wise words to follow. So, Monday. Everyone likes Mondays. Probably. The much-awaited drama competition of SMKDJ that is going to happen this Thursday, on the 28th of February, involves all 6 classes of Form 5s. So, in order to not embarrass ourselves during the actual competition, my class and I decided to practice our drama during the English periods on Monday 25th, February 2019, which is tomorrow. So, to begin the practice, we're going to start off by practising the drama scenes over, and over, and over again. This is obviously, really vital to the competition, as we all frequently say, practice makes perfect. Then, we'll make sure that the props are done and are usable, courtesy of our great propmaster Chlarine. Thanks fam. Doing a few practices with the props should be important since we have to know what to do and when to do it during the competition. Then, of course, proofreading the script for the ...

Malaysia is a multicultural country. Describe a festival you celebrate in Malaysia.

O. Ah, we're going to talk about Malaysia again. Seems like an unbiased opinion but who knows? Malaysia, as the title stated, and as we all know, is a multicultural country. Whether you enjoy its intricate cuisine, culture or the diversity of things, we can all agree that its one of its kind in the world, a truly unique country on Earth. Speaking of cultures, we, of course, have to talk about the multitude of festivals there is to celebrate in Malaysia due to its cultures, and perhaps due to the recent Chinese New Year celebrations, Pn M decided to make a blog topic out of it. I'm not doing that letter thing lol Welcome back to another blog post folks. I hope you had a nice week or day. Either way, I would like to discuss the plurality of Malaysian society and its effects on me. Now, we all know what Malaysian society is like, and how diverse it is. Seriously, look around you when you are in town, you'll see Chinese, Malays, and Indians around- they make up most of the Malaysian population, then a handful of other races to complete the incomplete circle of Malaysia. It's truly one of the more unique factors of our country. That being said, let's dive into our main point. Living in Malaysia is like striking a lottery in my honest opinion. In other parts of the world, let's say for the sake of simplicity, China or the US, you'll only learn one major language, that is Chinese or English respectively. You're never specifically told to go study both at the same time, and thus creating a problem when you eventually go out from...
