I find this topic really unnerving as a equal-rights supporter. Seriously ?
Anyway, moving on from the obvious feminist topic, to some extent, I would agree with the topic. Allow me to explain.
Women are the foundation of society. Without them, we wouldn't have families, and without families we wouldn't have a community, so on and so forth. So yes, it's true that women should not accept jobs that take them away from home excessively.
However, at this day and age, where women and men are pretty much on equal terms in, let's say, skills. A man can be a chef, a woman can be a machine-operator. I don't get the gender politics debacle about gender having certain roles, but that might be because of our history in the world. Men has always been perceived as much more capable in various task, from a noble merchant, to a emperor.
Times have changed. We all have multi-purpose roles.
So, back to the topic. To some extent, yes, ladies should accept jobs that take them away from home.
