What Actually Transpired During The Holidays

Well that was fast. There goes the week long holiday that everyone anticipated. Previously I discussed about my plans during the holidays, and to summarize if it did happen, yes... some of it.

I did complete my homework and studied a bunch throughout the holidays. It's a nice thing for a change and I didn't want to take any chances in failing my tests. Yeah it was boring, but no pain no gain as the wise old man says.

I didn't do much writing as it turns out, just a few chapters here and there. But I did do a lot of research and learned a whole bunch of new vocabulary after reading some books and listening to some documentaries and podcasts.

Sleeping was the best part of the holidays to be honest. Getting to rest up is a nice feeling in general.
All in all, not a bad week.

    I agree that holidays do pass in a blink of an eye. Let me go straight to the point, your choice of words and vocabulary is good, keep up the good work and do what you do best.

Welcome back folks. Sadly, it seems that third time isn't a charm. Oh well, back to basics. Anyway, I hope you had a good week. I'm sure many of you had written essays throughout your lifetime. Optimism / Pessimism Bias

Welcome back, friends. Exam weeks was long and harsh, but now it's over. Hooray! As for the blog posts, they're starting again and this time, oh boy, free topic for days (at least I hope so). So fasten your seat belts as we explore more random topics for no apparent reason. Today's Topic : Optimism/Pessimism Bias "Great, another bias. What's next? K-Drama bias? Anime bias? The Philosophy of Tetris

"I am the man who arranges the blocks, that continue to fall from up above..." I believe most of you of you know what Tetris is. Most of you are likely to have played it, or at least heard about it. Be it the charming 8-bit music, the satisfying beep after a line is completed, or just the blocks that fall into place one by one, filling the gaps, I"m sure that we all can agree upon the fact that Tetris is one of the best classic game we have ever played. While I was revisiting the game, trying to break another player's high score, I realize that, even in a simple game such as Tetris, which has the main goal of trying to get the best score you can through stacking blocks and aligning them, I can't help but think of the true meaning of Tetris.
